Life Coaching & Spiritual Guidance

Yoga 

With 20 years of teaching experience in a variety types of yoga, I expertly and intuitively craft yoga privates, small groups, and classes for all levels. Strengthen, stretch, and balance your body, mind, and spirit.  

Meditation

Meditation is an experience of being--a journey to discover your natural state. Mindfulness and equanimity are gifts along the way.  I create  space for community meditations, offer guided meditations, and teach basic techniques.

Guided Retreats

Whether you are at a crossroads, contemplating a question, in need of respite and renewal, or seeking a deeper spiritual connection, turning inward, for any amount of time, allows insights to arise that may enhance or transform your life.
